My sweet sister in law called my yesterday to let me know about this beautiful painting. There is an amazing story behind it but the young girl's name is Christina Olsen.

Hi Christina, I am sorry to say that I am no help in your quest to look for a place to live in California. I have only been to USC a few times and don't know much about the area.
